Nowadays, with our busy lifestyle, we would rather to cook fast and quick recipes. This recipe which is taken from New York Times is fast and easy to prepare. For the best result, you should follow these suggestions: use less amount of yeast, use more water and use warm water instead of hot water. All these will help you to make delicious breads.

Main Ingredients:
Flour: 3 cups Yeast: 1/4 tsp Salt: 1 tbsp Warm Water: 1.5 cups Cornmeal: optional
Directions:
1. Mix yeast with warm water and set it aside for 5 minutes. Don't use hot water since it kills the yeast bacteria.
2. Add flour to the yeast and cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for 12 hours.
3. Sprinkle over the dough with some cornmeal and set it aside for three hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 375-400 F.
5. Transfer the dough into a Dutch pan*. Bake with the lid on for 30 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
* You can use any oven proof pan with a lid.
