About this Recipe:

Western omelette is a very easy and healthy dish. Try to use good quality organic eggs and fresh vegetables for this dish.

Main Ingredients:

Eggs: 4
Red Onion: 1/2 small, sliced
Tomato: 1
Bell pepper: 1/2, chopped
Olive oil: 1 tbsp


1. Discard tomato juice and seeds and dice it.

2. Satue onion and bell pepper with olive oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add tomato and cook for 1 more minute.

4. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.

5. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and cook until done.
